This bouillon paste is so easy to use and it adds great flavor to my soups. I can't believe I used to make vegetable stock from scratch, boiling it for hours. I don't have time for that now, so I love this. And this version is reduced sodium, yet still tastes great.

It has less sodium than other brands and it tastes good. You can put as little or as much as you want. I usually put more water than the instructions says and it still tastes good.

I love this product. Sometimes I’ve bought the non-organic version but this one tastes richer to me. Much better to my tastebuds than their chicken, roasted garlic, or beef bases. Haven’t yet tried the mushroom. It’s an umami bomb that doesn’t ruin other flavors. A tiny bit enhances pan sauces, great in any kind of soup, sauted mushrooms or other veg, marinades, substitute for wine to deglaze, I’ll even whip a tiny amount into the eggs if I’m making a big flavored Indian masala omelette with chilis, onion, tomato and garam masala. I don’t usually use it as a broth in fact, but just as a quick flavor enhancer for savory dishes that need more depth. Ties with dashi base as the best-ever kitchen cheat when you’re in a hurry.
